We’ve been installing roofs in the Southern California area since 1979, so it’s safe to say that we have installed thousands of roofs. In the “old days,” we didn’t photograph very many of our projects – cameras were terrible back then, film, developing, …arggh! But, over the past several years we have made a concerted effort to document, photograph, and highlight most of our substantial or noteworthy projects.

The photo collection in these few pages represents an ongoing catalogue of the projects we do every single year in Southern California. We have broken these pages up into residential projects, multi-family projects, and commercial projects. Please take a few moments to go through the ones that interest you and also go to our testimonials page, as there is no better way to get a feel for a company than through the eyes of the customers that have already used their service.

The residential projects shown herein are single-family homes, both remodel and new construction, and they show a wide variety of roof types and materials. We try to show jobs before, during, and after the work was done, so that you can get a sense of what is involved in the process and just how dramatic the change of a new roof can be. If you see a particular photo that interests you, feel free to contact us and let us know which one it is – maybe that roof can be on your home next!

In the multi-family projects section, we are showing work we performed on apartment buildings and condominiums. Many of these jobs involve the repair and replacement of flat roofs, which unfortunately, does not photograph very well from the ground. So, you may see quite a few photos of work in progress or overall shots of the flat roofs, when complete. There beauty may not “wow” you, but take note of the before and after shots, as well as the attention to detail we have on every job.

In the commercial projects section we are focused on roofs in the office and retail arena, manufacturing, hospitals, schools, government buildings, and many more. Again, you will see a variety of different kinds of roofs, but mainly flat roof applications – single-ply roofing, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, and cool roof coating systems. There are also some photos showing commercial installations of tile, shingles, or metal, as well.
